FIG OPENS MEDIA ACCREDITATION FOR 2019 EVENTS

LAUSANNE (SUI), 6 March 2019:




The International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) is pleased to announce that the online registration desk is now open for media accreditation requests for its top events in 2019.




The list of events includes the 1st Artistic Gymnastics Junior World Championships in Györ (HUN) in June, the 1st Rhythmic Gymnastics Junior World Championships in Moscow (RUS) in July, the 16th World Gymnaestrada in Dornbirn (AUT) in July, the 37th Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships in Baku (AZE) in September, the 49th Artistic Gymnastics World Championships in Stuttgart (GER) in October and the 34th Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships in Tokyo (JPN) in November/December.




Members of the local and international media who wish to cover any of these events must register via the online media management tool for international Gymnastics events athttps://media.gymnastics.sport. Only complete applications will be considered. After the submission deadline, applicants will be notified by email if their request has been accepted or rejected.




Event dates, contacts and registration deadlines are summarised here.




Media registration requests for the 27th Trampoline Gymnastics World Age Group Competitions and all World Cup and World Challenge Cup events must be directed to the respective Local Organising Committees.
